Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to www.resume-rx.com and ResumeRx, Inc. Client understands that all items purchased are service-based and are the creative representation of the client.

 

All sales are final and no refunds are permitted on services or products. All documents and coaching services are considered completed within three months of the purchase date. By remitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.​

 

Client agrees to pay ResumeRx the reasonable costs of enforcement for collection if it is necessary for ResumeRx to retain an attorney and/or institute legal proceedings. The laws of the state of Florida shall prevail in the enforcement of this contract.

 

Guarantee

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. ResumeRx makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

 

While clients of ResumeRx do have an exceptional record of securing jobs, ResumeRx does not guarantee interviews or job offers from any products or services. Client should use all means necessary in securing employment (job search, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, business meetings, etc.). If the client needs further assistance with this, please contact ResumeRx to help you with your job search process. ResumeRx does offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. Liability

ResumeRx will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts, or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

 

for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or

for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
