This Refund Policy applies to www.techresumewriter.com and ResumeRx, Inc. dba Tech Resume Writer. Client understands that all items purchased are service-based and are the creative representation of the client.

 

All sales are final and no refunds are permitted on services or products. All documents and coaching services are considered completed within three months of the purchase date. By remitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.​

 

Client agrees to pay Tech Resume Writer the reasonable costs of enforcement for collection if it is necessary for Tech Resume Writer to retain an attorney and/or institute legal proceedings. The laws of the state of Florida shall prevail in the enforcement of this contract.

Client should use all means necessary in securing employment (job search, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, business meetings, etc.).
